Young Leaders to Follow for 2025
ITE is proud to announce our fourth class of Young Leaders to Follow with the selection of the Class of 2025. The ITE Young Leaders to Follow program was designed to recognize and highlight talented ITE members under the age of 35 who have already made a mark on ITE and the transportation industry and are leaders to follow in the years to come. ITE is pleased to introduce these young members to the greater ITE Community and to celebrate their accomplishments.
ITE is also proud to recognize our Young Member of the Year, William Case Fulcher, who was selected from this group of awardees. Case Fulcher is a dynamic transportation leader recognized for his technical expertise, dedication to safety, and commitment to advancing the engineering profession. A licensed Professional Engineer in three states with multiple advanced certifications, he has led impactful traffic operations and planning efforts, particularly in Mississippi and Louisiana, since joining Neel-Schaffer in 2017. Case is deeply involved in professional service through leadership roles in ITE at the local, district, and international levels, and he also teaches part-time at Mississippi State University to mentor future engineers. His numerous awards and ongoing contributions underscore his growing influence and dedication to the field. He is also the Southern District Rising Star.
