System Maintenance Notice: iMIS and LMS Unavailable January 26–30, 2026
What This Means for You
As part of ITE’s upgrade to a new database (iMIS) and Learning Management Systems (LMS), several member services will be temporarily unavailable January 26–30.
The planned downtime is necessary to ensure a smooth, secure transition to the new systems. Below is a summary of what will be affected. If you have any questions, please email membership@ite.org.
Services Temporarily Unavailable
During this period, you will not be able to:
- Renew or purchase ITE membership
- Access the ITE e-Community
- Purchase or access Learning Hub live or on-demand webinars or certificate courses. See more information below regarding Learning Hub purchases.
- Purchase publications, including:
- Trip Generation
- Parking Generation
- Quick Bites
- Technical Briefs
- Recommended Practices
- Informational Reports
Note: Access to previously purchased Trip and Parking Generation licenses at https://www.itetripgen.org and https://iteparkgen.org/index.html will not be affected.
- Submit applications, nominations, or proposals (e.g., awards, scholarships, webinars)
- Access the member directory or other members-only content
- Purchase or access PTOE, PTP, RSP1, or RSP2 practice exams and refresher courses
- Renew PTOE, PTP, RSP1, and RSP2 certifications
Learning Hub Purchases and Access
If you have already purchased an ITE Learning Hub product, including but not limited to:
- Certification Refresher Courses
- On-demand webinar series
- Individual on-demand webinars
- PDH credit certificate evaluations
Please be assured that:
- Your purchase will not be lost
- Once the new LMS is live, your purchased product(s) will appear in your account.
- You will be able to access your purchase when the system becomes available.
Action Required: Download Detailed Certificates Before January 26
If you require certificates with detailed course information—such as instructor name, course description, or learning outcomes—for professional development hours or to meet state or local certification requirements, you must download and save them before January 26.
Detailed certificates currently stored in the ITE Learning Hub will not transfer to the new system. These detailed certificates will no longer be accessible after the transition.
To retain your detailed certificates:
- Login to the ITE Learning Hub
- Click your name in the upper right corner of the page
- Select the ‘Certificates’ tab.
- Choose the date range for downloading any certificates you need.
- Select ‘View Certificate’ next to the education product you want to download.
- Choose to Print or Download.
Important: A basic PDF certificate will still be available in your ITE professional development record after the transition. However, this version does not include detailed course or instructor information and may not meet all documentation requirements.
Your ITE Professional Development Record will still reflect completed learning, but it will not include downloadable certificates with detailed session information.
Important Notes:
- This temporary outage is required to ensure a smooth and secure system update.
- Access to purchased content will automatically resume once the new LMS launches—no additional action is required to recover your purchase.
- While your purchased content will be in your new ITE Learning Hub account when it launches, all progress you made on the previous Learning Management System will not sync over and will therefore need to be viewed/completed again if you plan to receive a credit certificate for your professional development purchase.
- Separate communications will be sent once the new LMS is live with login instructions and next steps.
Transportation Professional Certification Board
If you are scheduled to take the PTOE, PTP, RSP1, or RSP2 exam in February 2026, please note that practice exams and refresher courses will not be available for purchase or access during the January 26–30 downtime.
