Participation in the Consultants Council serves as a springboard toward leadership at the corporate level and offers a wealth of networking opportunities with peers to share insights and experiences.

Curtis Transportation Consulting LLC (CTC) provides transportation engineering and planning consulting services, chiefly to aviation clients regarding their landside facilities and services.  CTC has provided landside facility design, master planning, and terminal area planning services to a dozen major airports since its founding in 2011.  The firm’s founder and sole employee is Owen P. DCS Engineering

DCS is an established full-service civil engineering consulting firm offering expertise focused on public traffic, transportation, drainage and water and wastewater treatment facilities. Our founder and CEO Darren Strozewski, P.E. began DCS by designing a relatively small, but important biosolids composting facility in a small town outside of Austin, Texas.
