Agency Membership gives public agencies a convenient way to provide ITE membership to multiple employees at discounted group rates.

Choose between two membership options based on the size of your team and how you want to manage participating employees.

Choose an Agency Membership Option

ITE offers two approaches for public agencies. Both provide individual ITE memberships while allowing the agency to manage membership costs centrally.

Traditional Dues

Based on the number of participating employees

  • Minimum of 5 participating individuals
  • Agency is billed based on the number of members enrolled
  • Includes ITE International, District, and Section membership
  • Discount increases as more employees participate

Flat Fee Dues

Designed for agencies with larger professional staffs

  • Agency pays a flat fee based on agency category and size
  • Eligible employees receive individual ITE memberships
  • Participating members can be added or replaced as staffing changes
  • Available for cities, counties, regional organizations, states/provinces, and federal agencies

Traditional Dues Option

Traditional Dues are based on the number of individuals included in the agency membership. A minimum of five individuals is required. Membership includes ITE International, District, and Section membership.

The sample dues schedule below shows pricing for several common enrollment levels. All dues are in U.S. dollars.

Flat Fee Dues Option

The Flat Fee option provides individual memberships for a larger number of eligible professional staff members. Agencies may add and replace participating members as needed.

Pricing is based on the population or organizational size of the city, county, region, state/province, or federal agency. The number of individuals is capped when the price reaches $125 per person.

State/Province: Small State/Province — Less than 5,000,000; Medium State/Province — Greater than 5,000,000 less than 7,000,000; Large State/Province — Greater than 7,000,000.

Federal Agency: Small Federal Agency — Less than 20 transportation related employees; Medium Federal Agency — Greater than 20 and less than 50 transportation related employees; Large Federal Agency — 50 or greater transportation related employees.
