Welcome to the ITE incident portal. ITE encourages its members to share their feedback any time they have a concern or observation that can enhance ITE’s operations and member experience. This feedback can relate to any level of the organization — International, District, Section, Chapter. You may report any incident or ethics violation that you believe needs to be addressed by ITE leadership. Below is a link to the forms and our Code of Conduct documents. Please note that all responses will be anonymous for general incident reports unless you provide your name and email which are optional. This information is needed if you wish ITE to follow up with you within 2-3 business days. All Ethics Violation reports MUST have contact information included. All portal submissions are directed to ITE’s Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Membership Officer.
