ITE International Collegiate Traffic Bowl

Where Transportation Knowledge Meets Competition

Since 2009, the ITE Collegiate Traffic Bowl has brought together student chapters from across Canada and the United States for a fast-paced academic competition testing knowledge of transportation planning, engineering, and ITE history.

Teams of up to three student members compete through District tournaments for the opportunity to advance to the ITE Collegiate Traffic Bowl Grand Championship at ITE's Annual Meeting and Exhibition.

About the Collegiate Traffic Bowl

Since its introduction as an international program, 145 ITE student chapters have participated in Traffic Bowl tournaments at Section or District events.

District champions advance to the Grand Championship to compete for the prestigious Voigt/Davis Cup, ITE's perpetual trophy honoring the founders of the program and its tradition of student excellence.

The competition combines technical knowledge, teamwork, quick thinking, student engagement, and a few fun surprises along the way.

How It Works

  1. Student teams compete in District Traffic Bowl tournaments.
  2. District champions qualify for the Grand Championship.
