ITE Council, committee, and group meetings are open to TRB meeting participants and ITE members. You are welcome to join the meeting(s). The meetings will be held at the Walter E. Washington Convention Center (where the TRB Annual Meeting is taking place).
We will meet the new leadership of the Committee and discuss priorities to advance the development and implementation of practices that drive fatalities and serious injuries toward zero. This meeting will provide an opportunity to explore examples of Vision Zero implementation, including how communities have adopted Safe System principles, expanded data-driven decision-making, and created cross-agency partnerships to improve safety outcomes. The meeting will include a discussion of the Committee’s priority actions for 2026.
