The objective of this webinar is to share with our fellow transportation professionals what industry leaders are doing to address the hybrid/virtual work place of the future. Since the COVID-19 pandemic hit in December 2019, we have all been in a constant state of flux in our professional organizations – having to adjust and accommodate a hybrid – virtual/an in-person working environment.

This webinar will identify various approaches to the hybrid/virtual work place based on our speakers who represent different professional sectors – public, private, academic, and vendors. The attendees of this webinar will learn what some of the challenges and opportunities are associated with leadership in a hybrid world. This will be followed by a live question and answer session where speakers will respond to the unique issues of the participants.

Attendees of this webinar will be able to:

Discuss what transportation industry leaders are doing to address the hybrid/virtual work place of the future
Identify various approaches to hybrid/virtual work place by professional sectors (private, public, academic, vendor)
Employ the dialog with peers/colleagues and apply lessons learned in their respective professional settings
