Webinar Description:

The Joint Employer Councils (Industry, Public Agency and Consultants) will be presenting a Town Hall on Wednesday, October 11th from 2:00-3:30 p.m. Eastern to talk about innovative project delivery approaches being used to address challenges facing the transportation industry today such as supply chain delays, inadequate staffing levels, growing public scrutiny, and inflation and general cost escalation. The session will explore different ways organizations are bringing projects from planning to delivery beyond traditional methods.

Learning Objectives:

  • List ways that organizations are altering their typical planning, design, procurement and delivery methods to better work together more effectively and efficiently
  • Explain emerging procurement and delivery process innovations that can help practitioners do more with less
  • Describe the risks associated with processes such as rapid prototyping and streamlined delivery will be described as well as how to avoid pitfalls.
