Anyone involved in looking for a job, hiring a new employee, retaining an existing employee, particularly those employees just starting out in our profession, know firsthand of the unique challenges our profession faces in competing for and keeping the good talent we need to keep pace with the changes our profession is experiencing as our mobility patterns and modes of transportation change almost daily. 
We have put together an all-star panel to share thoughts and “secrets” on the what and how of talent acquisition and retention!

Starting with an insight from some young talent from both the public and private sectors as to what they are looking for in a career. To our academia partners who have the task of educating our next generation of professionals where “soft” skills can be as challenging as the technical skills they need to be prepared with to join the workforce. From our public and private sector employers, on what training programs, compensation packages, PTO, office environments and career paths that keeps them engaged. Then onto HR, as to what they see is working and what are they hearing from those that are moving on.
