ITE Talks Transportation is a collaboration between ITE and Bernie Wagenblast, founder and editor of the Transportation Communication Newsletter and host of Transportation Radio. Each month, a new podcast features a thought leader within the transportation industry.

Sponsorship includes:

  • Short, musical introduction containing the sponsor’s company name and a short tag

  • 30–45 second commercial break during the 15–25 minute podcast

  • Brief mention at the completion of the podcast

Materials Requirements

  • Fully designed, ready-to-send email in an HTML file with a JPEG and PNG version (use a testing service such as litmus to confirm html validation and deliverability of code).

  • All images and fonts need to be linked to the appropriate files hosted on your servers (no local files).

  • All hyperlinks need to be embedded.

  • Subject line for the email.

General Requirements 

  • ITE must approve all content prior to distribution.

  • Advertiser should submit materials for review 7-10 business days ahead of agreed-upon send date for review.

  • Necessary alterations are the responsibility of and at the expense of the advertiser.

  • Materials that do not meet stated advertising specifications will be rejected.

  • Any facts or statistics must be published in a peer-reviewed publication and cited in the ad.

  • The word “Advertorial” or “Advertisement” must appear at the top or bottom of the ad.

  • Ask your account executive for submission processes and deadlines.
