  Kittelson & Associates has published a white paper which gives practical steps for estimating traffic volumes to keep projects moving during this time when travel patterns are so unusual.

• TRB Webinar: Transportation & COVID-19 – Practices from other disease outbreaks
  How can the transportation industry deal with and manage the COVID-19 outbreak? TRB hosted a webinar on Monday, March 23 from 2:00 to 3:30 PM Eastern that identified a holistic approach transportation and health agencies may take to contain and manage the outbreak.

  AASHTO estimates that state transportation revenues will drop 30% in the next 18 months.
• MS2 - Traffic Dashboard
  MS2 Traffic Dashboard tracks Daily Traffic Volume Trends. The Daily Traffic Volume Trends (DTVT) is a metric about the daily traffic volume change as compared to the same day of week in the most recent year data available.
• Covid-19 Social Distancing Scoreboard — Unacast
  Unacast tracks location data anonymously on smart devices to measure (1)Change in Non-Essential Visits and (2)Change in Average Mobility (Based on Distance Traveled) to provide a social distancing scoreboard based on the percentage of decrease/increase in these two measures.

• This resource from INRIX provides a summary to traffic-related impacts from COVID-19 during the week of March 14-20.
• Special Report: Impact of COVID19 on California Traffic Accidents
  This UCDavis study presents a first look at the impacts of COVID-19 on traffic crashes and fatalities on state highways in California.
