All 2009 Transportation Operations for Planned and Unplanned Events Conference participants, including speakers and presiders, MUST REGISTER for the conference to guarantee their spot on the program.

Full refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on or before Friday, February 20, 2009. Cancellations received after February 20, 2009 but before Tuesday, March 3, 2009 will be subject to a 50- percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 3, 2009.
