UMass Amherst Wins the Northeastern Traffic Bowl

This jeopardy style competition was held on April 7, 2010 at the 6th Annual Transportation Student Research Symposium at the University of Connecticut Storrs campus.

The UMass Amherst ITE Student Chapter competitors pose in front of the brackets poster after winning Northeastern District 1 Traffic Bowl!  UMass was represented by transportation engineering graduate students Steven Tupper, Deanna Peabody, and Samuel Gregorio as well as alternates Katrina Hecimovic and Radha Gómez.  The team will represent District 1 at the ITE Annual Meeting and Exhibit in Vancouver, British Columbia in August.
