On behalf of ITE, AASHTO, NEMA and the US DOT Joint Program Office, I would like to thank you for your participation in the activities associated with the Testing and Conformity Assessment Workshop held in New Orleans on April 22, 2003. We are aware that many of you could not attend due to travel restrictions, however we would like for you to continue participation in our NTCIP TCA Working Group activities.
