Request for Qualifications Information For Design, Implementation and Maintenance of an Existing E-Zpass Toll System in Select Lanes at Port Authority Facilities

The Port Authority wishes to pre-qualify prospective General Contractors and System Integrators to design, build and implement an E-ZPass toll system in approximately ten select lanes at Port Authority Crossings and to provide maintenance at such lanes. Designing, building and implementing the E-ZPass system will primarily include the furnishing, installation/cutover, testing and commissioning of all materials, equipment, hardware and software, with associated interconnecting conduits, cables and wiring, necessary to provide an E-ZPass-only toll collection system. Maintenance shall primarily include the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and expertise necessary to perform scheduled regular corrective and preventative maintenance and emergency call-in maintenance (with availability of 24 hours/day, 7 days/week) of all equipment, hardware and software necessary to maintain the operation and use of the System. Dekalb-Sycamore Area Transportation Study
Request for Proposals

The DeKalb-Sycamore Area Transportation Study (DSATS) is the metropolitan planning organization for all or portions of the City of DeKalb, the City of Sycamore, the Town of Cortland, and DeKalb County. DSATS is seeking qualified consulting firms interested in submitting detailed proposals for the completion of the Eastern DSATS Corridor Study. The selected firm will be asked to complete key elements of the Plan including corridor alignment and feasibility studies, capacity analysis based on surrounding land use plans, public participation processes, and existing research. The selected firm may have the opportunity to complete the Plan in its entirety, based on the proposed budget and timeline.
