** While Students are not assessed an application fee, ALL RENEWING STUDENTS MUST PAY THE $30.00 ANNUAL DUES WITH THE APPLICATION, NO EXCEPTIONS! This policy supersedes the information found on all old Student applications.

REMINDER: IN ORDER FOR YOUR APPLICATION TO BE PROCESSED, A CURRENT, CHRONOLOGICAL COPY OF YOUR RESUME MUST BE ENCLOSED FOR THE FOLLOWING ADMISSIONS OR TRANSFERS: Transfer to Fellow, Admission to Member, Transfer to Member, Admission to Institute Affiliate.
