Matt Ginsberg, CEO,

Mr. Ginsberg is the chairman and CEO of Green
Driver, Inc., a sister company to On Time Systems that focuses on using
real-time traffic and signal information to provide more fuel-efficient
routes to drivers.
Matthew L. Ginsberg received his doctorate in mathematics from Oxford in
1980 at the age of 24. He remained on the faculty in Oxford until 1983,
doing research in mathematical physics and computer science; during this
period, he wrote a program that was used successfully to trade stock and
stock options on Wall Street.
He is the author of "Essentials of Artificial Intelligence," He is also
the author of the bridge-playing program
GIB, which made international news by finishing 12th in the world bridge
championships in Lille, France.
Richard M. Reiff, Transportation Engineer, Stantec, North
Charleston, SC, USA
Mr. Reiff has ten years of transportation planning
and traffic engineering experience, and has been recognized as an expert
witness on projects ranging from single-intersection safety reviews to
area-wide transportation analysis models. His transportation planning
experience has included numerous traffic impact analyses, long-range
transportation planning studies, trip generation studies, and several
large-scale master-planning studies. His experience in traffic
engineering has included operational analyses, crash/safety reviews,
signal warrant studies, and intersection and traffic signalization
design.
Milton S. Carrasco, President and CEO, Transoft Solutions,
Inc., Richmond, BC, Canada
Mr.Carrasco, P.Eng. M.Eng., is the President and CEO
of Transoft Solution Inc., a global software company that specializes in
the development of transportation engineering software. Transoft
Solutions was established over twenty years ago and now their products
are used by more than 30,000 users in over 140 countries worldwide.
Milton is the inventor of the company’s flagship software, AutoTURN, the
world’s most popular CAD based vehicle simulation software, which
originated from his Master of Engineering project. In 2005, Milton
received the Award of Achievement from the Transportation Association of
Canada (TAC) for the “significant and enduring benefit” that AutoTURN
has contributed to the transportation engineering profession.
Prior to launching Transoft Solutions, Milton worked for twenty years in
the consulting industry where he completed a wide range of projects from
traffic impact assessments and master planning studies to functional and
detailed design of highways and freeways
