MINIMUM SYSTEM REQUIREMENTS

For PC-Users:

  • Required: Windows® 2000, XP, 2003 Server or Vista (Linux is not supported)
  • Required: Internet Explorer® 6.0 or newer, or Mozilla® Firefox® 3.0 or newer (JavaScript™ and Java™ enabled). If needed, download Java here.
  • Internet Connection required, cable modem, DSL, or better recommended
  • Recommended: Minimum of Pentium® class 1GHz CPU with 512 MB of RAM (2 GB of RAM for Windows Vista)

 For Mac®-based Users:

  • Required: Mac OS® X 10.4 (Tiger®) or newer
  • Required: Safari™ 3.0 or newer, Firefox 3.0 or newer; (JavaScript and Java enabled)
  • Internet Connection required, cable modem, DSL, or better recommended
  • Required: PowerPC G4/G5 or Intel processor, 512 MB of RAM or better recommended

 To Use VoIP

  • Required: Fast Internet connection (384 kbps or more recommended)
  • Required: Microphone and speakers
  • USB headset is recommended for anyone wishing to speak using VoIP
  • Headphones and separate USB microphone are also excellent

WHAT SETS  ITE WEB SEMINARS APART? 
  • ITE has been accredited as an Authorized Provider by the International Association for Continuing Education and Training (IACET), 1760 Old Meadow Road, Ste 500, McLean, VA 22102. In obtaining this approval, ITE has demonstrated that it complies with the ANSI/IACET Standards which are widely recognized as the Standard of good practice internationally. As a result of their Authorized Provider accreditation status, ITE is authorized to offer IACET CEUs for its program that qualify under the ANSI/IACET Standard.
  • Are peer-reviewed
  • Are presented by noted transportation professionals 
  • Provide interaction with instructor and seminar participants
  • Allow training of multiple participants with one site registration 
  • Include verification of attainment of learning objectives

Web Seminar Site Registration Fee: starts at $100 ITE Members/ $125 Non-ITE Members/$50 Student Chapter Member
Web Briefing Site Registration Fee: $60 ITE Members/$75 Non-ITE  Members /$25 Student Chapter Member                                                                                                                    

Dates, times and fees may vary and subject to change. Trainings with less than five (5) registrations may cancelled or rescheduled.

  • Registration closes 3 business days prior to seminar, but we recommend you register early.
  • Late registration fee: $20 (Registration received 3 business days or less before training)
  • No cancellations will be accepted if received within 3 business days of seminar
  • Registration confirmed by email
    The single site registration fee allows for an unlimited number of people in your organization to attend the training at one time and in one place. The single site registration fee provides the following:
    • One computer password to log into the seminar
    • Access the audio portion of the seminar via microphone/speakers or toll number
    • Presentation materials and a student supplement that can be duplicated for seminar participants (Presentation materials only for Web briefing participants.)
    • Password for one person to take the online quiz to verify their attainment of the learning objectives (Not applicable for Web briefings.)

Online Evaluation/Quiz: Some webinars requires purchase and completion of a quiz for course credit. You must complete an evaluation for course credit.  To register for and take the post-webinar evaluation, you need an ITE login and password. If you do not have an ITE login and password, get one now. Your login number will appear on the screen in red.

EARN CONTINUING EDUCATION UNITS

Successful completion of a Web seminar/briefing course includes:

  • Verification of attendance
  • Completion of a course evaluation
  • Passage of an online quiz (additional fee may apply)

These requirements must be met to receive a certificate of completion. Successful course completion earns 1.5 PDH or .2 IACET CEU.

  • ITE has been approved as an Authorized Provider by the International Association of Continuing Education and Training (IACET).
