Access to the online course assessment and evaluation
will close November 15. Click the appropriate links below.
Note: The quiz fee and quiz are non-transferable, therefore
the quiz registrant must also be the quiz taker.
ONCE IN LEARN CENTER FOLLOW THE INSTRUCTIONS BELOW.
- Select "My Studies"
(left-hand side) then the title of the
course in Enrollment Event to begin quiz
and evaluation
- Once
you access the quiz you have 2 hours to complete it and submit
responses. Do not start the quiz unless you will complete it in
its entirety. You will not be able to reenter the quiz/survey if
you exit or close browser prior to completing the quiz.

Return to the Learn Center and scroll down to the
CONTROL CENTER to view results and issue certificate.
Your login is your ITE membership ID number.
Your password is the first six letters of your
last name.
If your last name has less than six letters, enter your
last name in full then add zeros until your password is six
characters in length. For example, if your last name is Smith,
you're password will be Smith0. If there are apostrophes in your
last name, do not enter them as part of your password.
