Database of Public Agency Officials

The completed database of contact information for public agency officials will be a significant asset by:

  • Providing timely legislative and technical information to public agency staff, relevant to their specific job responsibility;
  • Providing contacts from which to solicit local and state perspectives and experiences in the application of evolving or proven traffic engineering techniques (i.e. traffic calming, LEDs);
  • Enabling better tracking of public agency needs in the areas of training and education; and
  • Enabling ITE to respond more immediately and effectively during times of unexpected transportation related impacts (i.e. Hurricane Katrina, 9/11) in providing support and if applicable, subject matter expertise to U.S. DOT/FHWA and other interested organizations.

This information will not be used to market ITE products and services, nor will it be shared for commercial purposes.

We request your assistance by supplying the requested information via the database form. Completed electronic forms may be sent to Natalia Vlasov at nvlasov@ite.org. Please send completed hardcopy forms to:

Member Issues and Priorities Survey

In March 2002, the PAC completed a survey of ITE members working in the public sector to determine the management, leadership, organizational and institutional issues affecting them most in their day-to-day work. The Council conducted the survey to identify the areas it should focus its efforts in developing and delivering products.
