PasadenaA decade ago, a national dialogue on transportation operations began. Ten years later, the ITE 2012 Technical Conference and Exhibit will help transportation professionals take the next step. Attendees will learn tools and strategies to exceed expectations while still recognizing that transportation professionals and their organizations are at different stages of the development process.

The conference is designed to support transportation engineering, planning and multidisciplinary professionals responsible for management and operations of transportation systems. The meeting content will address the application and performance of multimodal transportation management strategies to exceed customer expectations within today’s budgetary constraints. The program will also seek to link transportation operations with economic competitiveness, safety, livability, and sustainability goals. Transportation professionals will leave the meeting with strategies to improve mobility and safety.

Participation from transportation professionals, public agency management and decision-makers involved in transit, regional governance, policy development, ITS and traffic signal systems, management and operations, emergency response and vehicle technology development is strongly encouraged. Come to Pasadena to join in the conversation and share your perspective, ideas and experiences on how to exceed expectations on management and operations methods.
