Paul co-founded Eng-Wong, Taub & Associates, a traffic and transportation engineering firm, in 1988, serving as President as it has grown to a 50-person company celebrating its twenty-year anniversary. Among a wide range of traffic, ITS, parking, transit and pedestrian studies, he holds overall responsibilities for issues pertaining to technical oversight, corporate finance and human resources, and represents the company at industry conferences and events, public hearings and community presentations. Paul has strived to cultivate an environment of enthusiasm and collaboration at Eng-Wong, Taub, promoting the highest standards of professional ethics, workforce development, education and community participation that echo those values attained in a lifetime of ITE service. Prior to establishing the firm, he worked at The RBA Group and Edwards & Kelcey.
Paul earned both his Master of Science and Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology, and is a licensed Professional Engineer in New York, New Jersey and Connecticut.
