1. Do you accept purchase orders?
Yes,
however, we need a copy of your purchase order not just the
number. Please mail your purchase order or fax a copy.
2. Do bookstores receive any kind of discounts?
Bulk
discounts are available for selected titles. Please contact the
Bookstore for pricing and discounts for multiple copy orders.
3. How long does it take to receive the books after I
place an order?
Orders
are generally shipped within two days of receipt. Orders
to U. S. destinations with a street address are shipped via
United Parcel Service standard ground service. Depending upon your
distance from Washington, D. C., shipping times vary between 3
and 5 business days. Orders
to post office boxes are
shipped via the U. S. Postal Service. Orders to non-U. S. destinations are shipped via surface mail or airmail. Delivery times
will vary based on the conditions of each country.
4. Can I be billed for my order?
Prepayment
is required for all ITE publications except for governmental agencies ordering by purchase order. Acceptable payment
methods include checks, cash and credit cards (American
Express, Visa, Mastercard).
5. How do you ship?
United Parcel Services
is our primary shipping method for domestic
orders to street addresses. Expedited services are available
at an additional charge. Surface
and airmail services are used
to post office boxes and to non-U. S. addresses.
6. What is the cost of expedited shipping?
Expedited Shipping—delivery on the second business day after ITE’s receipt of your order—is available for $35 plus the standard 12% shipping and handling fee. If you need delivery faster, overnight delivery and Saturday delivery may also be available to your location. Contact ITE

7. Where can I address my technical questions about
ITE publications?
Technical
requests about ITE publications can be addressed to the ITE Resource Center, (202)
289-0222 ext. 120.
8. Can you fax me some pages
immediately?
To
receive some selected pages of a publication by fax, you must
order the publication. Up to 30 pages will be faxed on the same day
and the printed copy of the publication will be sent via 2nd-day
air. There is a $35 expediting fee for this service.
