James H. Kell Fellowship
Jim Kell, a past President and an Honorary Member of ITE,
loved to share his knowledge and enthusiasm for transportation
engineering with students and young professionals. The purpose of
the Kell Fellowship is to encourage young members of ITE to undertake
the work necessary to produce papers on transportation subjects of their
choice. The fellowship has been endowed by JHK & Associates
and friends of Jim Kell.
