GENERAL INFORMATION
Registration
All ITE 2009 Annual Meeting and Exhibit participants, including speakers and presiders, MUST REGISTER for the meeting. At minimum, speakers and presiders should register for a one-day registration in order to guarantee their spot on the program.
Full refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on or before Friday, July 17, 2009. Cancellations received after July 17, 2009 but before Friday, July 31, 2009 will be subject to a 50-percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after Friday, July 31, 2009.
Tickets for individual events are sold on a space-available basis and may be purchased at the registration desk until noon on the day before the event. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets, whether purchased as part of a registration package or separately.

includes admission to the technical sessions, the Transportation
Products and Services Exhibit, lunch on Monday and
Tuesday, Welcome to Texas reception, Attendee reception and one copy of the
Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM.
One-Day: Registration includes admission to the technical
sessions, the Transportation Products and Services Exhibit
on the specified day and one copy of the Compendium of
Technical Papers on CD-ROM. If registering for Wednesday,
please note that the exhibit closes on Tuesday.
No Frills and Retired Life Member: Registration includes
admission to the Technical Sessions, the Transportation
Products and Services Exhibit and one copy of the
Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM.
Accompanying Person: Name badge only. Tickets for
tours and social functions must be purchased separately.

Positions Available and Positions Wanted Booklets
ITE is assisting members searching for employment by providing booklets of positions available. The booklets are available at the registration desk and are solely for open position postings. Product Showcase
Companies will present their most recent transportation products in this session. Attendees will have the opportunity to ask questions and provide feedback on several new industry products.
Audiovisual
Each technical session has one LCD projector (to connect to a speaker’s personal laptop) and one screen. ITE does not provide 35-mm slide or overhead transparency projectors. Any additional audiovisual equipment is at a cost to the user. To arrange for special equipment, please call +1 202-289-0222 ext. 133. Please have your credit card number with expiration date available at the time of your order.
Attire
Business-casual attire is appropriate for all sessions and meetings.
Restrictions
Videotaping or audio recording of
sessions or technical exhibits as
well as the unauthorized sale of ITE-copyrighted
material is prohibited.
Cancellation Policy
If written notice of cancellation is received at ITE headquarters on or before July 17, 2009, full refunds will be given. Cancellations received between July 17 and August 1 will be subject to a 50 percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given for cancellations received after August 1, 2009.

Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM
A copy of the ITE 2009 Annual Meeting and Exhibit Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM is included in the registration fee. Additional copies may be purchased in the ITE Bookstore or on site at the ITE meeting registration desk. The cost per disk is $60 for ITE members and $80 for nonmembers. Publication No. CD-061.
