Rooms can be booked by using this weblink or be calling 1-888-421-1442. Please remember to notify the hotel’s reservation staff that you are an “ITE 2010 attendee” to ensure you receive the low group rate.
Please specify in advance the times and dates of arrival and departure and identify yourself with the ITE meeting. The ITE room block will be held until 5:00 p.m. ET on July 7, 2010 and then released for sale to the general public. Most hotels will not honor a late arrival unless it is specified in advance that you or your company agree to pay for your room if you fail to show. After 6:00 p.m., a room not guaranteed is considered a “no show” and will be offered to the next customer.
Government employees: A limited number of sleeping rooms are available at the federal per diem rate. These rooms will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m. and check-out time is 11:00 a.m.
Guest room deposit: A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. It is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made.
