Single: $222 + 15 percent state and local taxes per night

Please specify in advance the time and date of arrival and departure and identify yourself with the ITE meeting. The ITE room block will be held until 5:00 p.m. PT, on Tuesday, July 22, 2008 and then released for sale to the general public. Most hotels will not honor a late arrival unless it is specified in advance that you or your company agree to pay for your room if you fail to show. After 6:00 p.m., a room not guaranteed is considered a “no show” and will be offered to the next customer.
Government per Diem rate: Employees of US or Canadian federal, state, regional or local governments may reserve at the US Federal government per Diem rate, currently $118 US, and subject to change without notice. Rooms are limited and reservations are on a first come, first serve basis. You must present your government ID card upon arrival and pay for the reservation with a government-issued check or government-issued credit card.
Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
Checkout time is 12:00 p.m.
Guest Room Deposit
A deposit equal to one night’s stay is required and will be applied to the first night of the reserved stay. It is refundable only if the reservation is cancelled at least 72 hours prior to the scheduled date of arrival and a cancellation number is obtained. All deposits are charged at the time the reservation is made.
