What is included with my booth fee?

  1. One full meeting registration per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space for the primary company representative, which includes admission to the professional program and exhibit hall, Kick-Off Reception, Thursday night theme party and the ITE 2008 Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM.
  2. Three booth personnel badges per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space to staff the exhibit at no additional charge.
  3. Mailing list of pre-registered delegates and a final list of all delegates in attendance.
  4. Unlimited FREE guest passes.
  5. An 8 ft.-tall draped back, and two 3 ft.-tall draped side rails.
  6. One company ID sign.
  7. FREE exhibitor listing on the Annual Meeting homepage, in the Annual Meeting program and in ITE Journal.
  8. Exhibitor Service Manual, which includes complete shipping instructions, order forms for additional equipment and all services required for installation, operation and removal of exhibit.
  9. Security guard service during scheduled booth set-up and tear-down and when exhibit is closed to the public.

What are the height restrictions?
You must adhere to the 8 ft. height restriction. Displays may not exceed booth dimensions or impair the view of neighboring exhibitors. Only those with an island booth or booths on outside walls may exceed the booth height restriction of 8 ft.—permission must be obtained from ITE before move-in. The ceiling height in Exhibit Hall B varies between 20 ft. and 25 ft.

Is a full attendee registration included in the booth fee?
Yes, one full-meeting registration per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space purchased is included. For example, if a company reserves a 10 ft. x 20 ft. space, two full meeting registrations are included. These individuals do not need to register as attendees, simply fill out the booth information form. Meeting registration packets for those individuals will be available at the exhibitor registration desk on site. ITE will not mail the badges or packets ahead of time.

Are additional employees allowed to staff the booth?
Yes, three additional booth personnel are allowed per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space at no extra cost. Additional booth personnel beyond those mentioned must register separately at a cost of $50 each if registering before July 1, and $75 each if registering on or after July 1. All booth personnel must be registered to work the booth and wear identification badges provided by ITE while on the exhibit floor. Badges will be available for pick-up at the exhibitor registration desk at ACC during ITE meeting registration hours.

Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
No, the exhibit hall is not carpeted. Carpeting may be rented from the decorating company, or use your own. Carpeting is required.
