What is included in the booth fee?
- Three full meeting registrations per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space, which includes admission to the
professional program and exhibit hall, lunch tickets for Monday and Tuesday, entry into both
receptions and access to the compendium of technical papers.
- Electronic mailing list of pre-registered delegates and a final list of all delegates in attendance.
- Unlimited FREE guest passes.
- An 8 ft.-tall draped back, and two 3 ft.-tall draped side rails, or other pipe
and drape configuration depending on booth location.
- One company ID sign.
- FREE exhibitor listing on the Annual Meeting homepage, in the Annual
Meeting program and in ITE Journal.
- Exhibitor service manual, which includes complete shipping instructions,
order forms for additional equipment and all services required for
installation, operation and removal of exhibit.
- Security guard service during scheduled booth set-up and tear-down
and when exhibit is closed to the public.
What are the height restrictions?
You must adhere to the 8 ft. height restriction. Displays may not exceed
booth dimensions or impair the view of neighboring exhibitors. Only those
with an island booth or booths on outside walls may exceed the booth
height restriction of 8 ft.—permission must be obtained from ITE before
move-in. The ceiling height in the exhibit hall varies between 34 ft. and 55 ft.
Is a full attendee registration included in the booth fee?
Yes, three full-meeting registrations per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space purchased are
included. For example, if a company reserves a 10 ft. x 20 ft. space, six full
meeting registrations are included. These individuals do not need to register
separately as attendees. Meeting registration packets for those individuals
will be available at the exhibitor registration desk on site. ITE will not mail
the badges or packets ahead of time.
Are additional employees allowed to staff the booth?
Registrations for booth personnel beyond the included three reigstrations
per 10 ft. x 10 ft. space can be purchased at a cost of $100 each. All booth
personnel must be registered to work the booth and wear identification
badges provided by ITE while on the exhibit floor. Free hall passes will be
available on site for those needing access to the hall during set-up and/or
tear-down hours only.
Is the exhibit hall carpeted?
Yes, the exhibit hall is not carpeted. Additional carpeting may be rented from
the decorating company or you may use your own, but is not required.
