Resources for Exhibitors
The following resources have been developed to help you get the most out of your exhibit as worry-free as possible.
The Exhibitor Services Manual, provided by The Expo Group, allows you to place orders for all of your booth services, including shipping, over the Internet. To ensure that you don't miss any important deadlines, refer to the exhibitor checklist.
We have even provided two different tools to help you market your company's presence at the exhibit—a postcard template and guest pass. The postcard template is designed to be used as a background and your company logo and a message to visit your booth can be placed in the allocated white space. Available as two .jpg files, the 5.5 x 4.25 in. postcard can be printed four-up on letter-size cardstock. Be sure to return your non-disclosure agreement and we'll send you an electronic mailing list of the pre-registered attendees in late July. As always, you can also send a link to the guest pass to your best customers to make sure they remember to sign up to view the exhibits free of charge.
