Registration Hours

All ITE 2009 Technical Conference and Exhibit participants, including speakers and presiders, MUST REGISTER for the conference. Speakers and presiders must register for a one-day registration at minimum in order to guarantee your spot on the program. 

What the registration fees cover

ITE Member, ITE Nonmember, Full-Time Student and Honorary Member: Registration includes admission to the technical sessions, the Transportation Products and Services Exhibit, Monday evening reception in the exhibit hall and one copy of the Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM.

Retired Life Member: Registration includes admission to the technical sessions, the Transportation Products and Services Exhibit.

One-Day: Registration includes admission to the technical sessions, the Transportation Products and Services Exhibit on the specified day and one copy of the Compendium of Technical Papers on CD-ROM. If registering for Monday, the reception in the exhibit hall is also included. If registering for Wednesday, please note that the exhibit closes on Tuesday.

Refund Policy

Tickets for individual events are sold on a space-available basis and may be purchased at the registration desk until noon on the day before the event. No refunds will be issued for unused tickets, whether purchased as part of a registration package or separately.

Full refunds will be given for registration cancellations received on or before Friday, February 20, 2009. Cancellations received after February 20, 2009 but before Tuesday, March 3, 2009 will be subject to a 50- percent cancellation fee. No refunds will be given after March 3, 2009.
