Professional Development Hours (PDHs) and IACET Continuing Education Units
Earn up to 32 Professional Development Hours
Professional development hours (PDH) earned during this meeting meet
most state and provincial registration board requirements for P.E./P.Eng. licensure and
Professional Traffic Operations Engineer® (PTOE), Professional Transportation
Planner® (PTP) and Traffic Signal Operations Specialist® (TSOS) certification renewals
and Florida Board of Professional Engineers (EXP0003871). Our issuance of AICP/Certification Maintenance is subject to approval for select sessions/seminars and will
be posted on the Annual Meeting Web site closer to the meeting date.
To successfully earn PDH you must complete an online PDH tracking form and meeting
evaluation. The online form will be e-mailed to registrants after the meeting and posted
on the ITE homepage. Be sure to update your ITE member profile with your current e-mail
address to ensure receipt.
- Technical Sessions: 1 PDH per hour of attendance or presentation.
- Technical Tours: 1 PDH per hour of attendance.
- Published Papers: 10 PDH per paper published as part of the online Compendium of Technical Papers.
As an additional service, ITE hosts the Professional Competency Record Keeping System on its Web site at
www.ite.org/pdrks. The report created by the system conforms to the guidelines set forth by NCEES. This service will aid in the record keeping of all professional development opportunities.
